How long does orthodontic treatment take?

Most treatments run 12 to 24 months. You get a realistic estimate at your consultation, not a sales pitch.

Braces or clear aligners, which is right for me?

It depends on your case. Some bites need braces; many are perfect for aligners. Dr. Mashaly will tell you honestly, and we never overtreat.

Does it hurt?

Expect pressure for a few days after adjustments, not pain. It fades, and it means your teeth are moving.

How much does it cost?

It varies by case and appliance. You get a full written plan with transparent pricing after your first visit.

What age should a child first see an orthodontist?

Around age 7 for a first check. Early visits are short, friendly, and often end with "all good, see you next year".

Are adults too old for braces?

Never. A large share of our patients are adults; aligners make it nearly invisible.

Braces emergency?

Broken bracket, poking wire, or a lost aligner: do not panic and do not pull anything off. Cover sharp ends with orthodontic wax if you have it, then send us a message and we will fit you in.
