What treatment looks like
Adult treatment follows the same steps as any orthodontic case: records at the first visit, a plan agreed before anything starts, and most of the work happening between visits, with a short check-in every 4 to 8 weeks. Teeth move at any age, and treatment is not longer because of it.

Which options suit an adult case
All three can work for an adult case. Which one fits depends on the bite, not the age.
Lingual braces
The same fixed treatment, bonded behind the teeth instead, so nothing shows in a meeting or a photograph.
Clear aligners
A series of trays, worn at least 22 hours a day and taken out to eat. Close to invisible in daily use.

What it costs in time
Most cases run 12 to 24 months, with a visit every 4 to 8 weeks that rarely takes long. We confirm every visit on WhatsApp, so it is easy to fit around a work week.
