How it works

A card at the clinic
At the end of the visit, the patient receives a card with a QR code and a private eight character code.

Scan and enter the code
The QR opens this page. The code opens the folder written for that treatment, in the patient's language.

Remembered on that phone
Once opened, the folder stays on the phone. No account, no password to remember, and nothing about the patient in the address bar.
The card patients receive
Credit card size, printed for each patient. The front carries the clinic, the back carries the QR and the code.
